- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- PREFORM FUEL INDUCTION SERVICE
- Remove & Replace Rear Calipers
- Remove and re install four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (50%) Rear (GRINDING %) REAR RIGHT CALIPER IS SEIZED. FRONT OUTER TIE RODS HAVE SLIGHT PLAY.
- Replace rear brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. May require additional labor time & parts.
- THROTTLE BODY CLEANING
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both
