- LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS ARE VERY LOOSE.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
- Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 65%) Rear (15%)
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Lower,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel. May require additional labor & parts.
- Replace rear brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
- REMOVE SIZED CALIPER PINS AND BOOTS
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
