- Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( %) Rear ( %)
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
- ROTATE TIRES
- Check and inspect suspension components: ball joints, tie rods, idler arms, springs, bushings, and check for accident damage.
- DIAGNOSE
- Replace rear brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- RADIATOR RESERVE TANK – HOSE Remove & Replace
- ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION MOUNT – Remove & Replace – Front,Both
- Remove & Replace LEFT RIDE HEIGHT LINKAGE
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- PREFORM FUEL INDUCTION SERVICE
- THROTTLE BODY CLEANING
- TRANSMISSION OIL PAN GASKET &/OR FILTER – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Additional time for use of scan tool to perform this procedure.]
- Drain old fluid, inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket if applicable. Install new fluid to proper levels. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
- Serviced as requested.

- REMOVE and REPLACE Oil Centrifuge and Cam plugs
- Remove & Replace LOWER CONT ARM BUSHING
- SHIPPING
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. May require additional labor time & parts.
