    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
    • PCV VALVE – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • PREFORM FUEL INDUCTION SERVICE
    • Repair Muffler Shield
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel. May require additional labor time & parts.
    • ROTATE TIRES
    • SHOCK ABSORBER – Remove & Replace – Both
    • SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – All
    • STABILIZER BAR CONTROL LINK – Remove & Replace – Both
    • STRUT ASSEMBLY – Removal & Installation – Both – [DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment.]
    • THREE TIRE ARE LOW. BOTH FRONT TIRES ARE LOW AND REAR RIGHT TIRE IS LOW. TPMS LIGHT IS ON. TRANS FLUID IS COLORED. STEERING WHEEL A BIT OFFSET. RECOMMEND MAINTENANCE. MAY NEED AXLE SHAFT IN THE FUTURE IF BINDING.

    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (25%) Rear ( 20%) FRONT ROTORS ARE WARPED AND UNEVEN PAD WEAR. REAR ROTORS ARE RUSTY AND GROOVED.
    • Remove Seized Brake Caliper Slide Pins & Lube
    • Replace front brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear brake pad linings and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
